Some of our web pages utilize "cookies" and other tracking technologies. A
"cookie" is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect
information about website activity. Some cookies and other technologies may serve
to recall Personal Information previously indicated by a web user.
Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept
them and how to remove them. You may set most browsers to notify you if you

note that if you choose to erase or block your cookies, you will need to re-enter
your original user ID and password to gain access to certain parts of the website.
Tracking technologies may record information such as Internet domain and host
names; Internet protocol (IP) addresses; browser software and operating system

use of cookies and other tracking technologies allows us to improve our website
and your web experience.
Analytics vendors and retention
- Google Tag Manager: loads only after you select Accept analytics or enable Analytics in Privacy settings. It manages approved measurement tags; Google may process technical identifiers under its applicable retention settings.
- Matomo: loads only after analytics consent. RightTalent configures Matomo without cookies and with Do Not Track enabled. Event and page-view data is retained according to our Matomo server retention configuration, currently intended to be no longer than 13 months.
- Consent record: your choice is stored in your browser under
righttalent-consent-v1 until you clear it or change it through the Privacy settings link in the footer.
You can reject analytics, withdraw consent, or change your choice at any time using Privacy settings. Rejecting analytics does not affect essential sign-in, security, or job-search functionality. Withdrawing consent reloads the page so optional analytics are no longer initialized.
We do not sell personal information. California residents may use the Reject analytics option to opt out of optional analytics sharing and may contact us to request access, deletion, correction, or information about disclosures, subject to applicable law.
